Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Nifty Sparrow! We're committed to getting your hand-crafted goods to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing times- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak season or large shop updates, processing may take a bit longer- we'll always post updates on our home page if delays are expected.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and destination.

Estimated delivery times- 

Domestic- 3-7 business days

International- 7-21 days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and location of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Local pick-up- If you are located near Maryland Heights, Missouri, we offer local pick-up at checkout. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

International shipping- We currently do not ship international.

Order Issues- If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or you notice an issue with tracking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at - Wendy@theniftysparrow.com with your order number and phots if applicable. We'll help to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping restrictions- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large items like Planters or large candles.

Incorrect shipping info- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
