Refund policy

We love creating beautiful small batch products with care and intention. If something isn't quite right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns & exchanges:     Because  our products are hand-made and for personal use, we're only able to accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

If you are unsure about a product, please reach out before ordering- we're always happy to help you choose the perfect scent or formula.

Damaged or incorrect orders:     If your order arrives damaged or something's not quite right, please email us within 5 days with your order number and a photo or 2. We'll make it right as quickly as possible- whether that's a replacement, or a refund. 

Kindly note:     Used candles, opened body care items and custom pieces are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was our mistake.

To start a return:    Please email us at: Wendy@theniftysparrow.com   with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
